The birth of twins is a relatively rare phenomenon, with around 33 out of 1,000 births resulting in twins. Additionally, identical twins are even rarer, occurring in only three to four out of 1,000 births. When 23-year-old Savannah Combs found out she was pregnant with twins, she was ecstatic.
